Have you ever tried a french fry that wasn't frozen?

After months of many unsuccessful tests (we learned many ways on how to not make french fries), we developed a process that highlights the natural potato flavor found in ours. Other mobile food and quick service restaurants tend to purchase frozen versions due to lower cost and ease of use. Not us. Frozen fries lack the flavor only found in fresh cut versions. Many commercial brands have additives to prevent clumping during cooking, help with their color, and increate shelf-life. Here at the Tater Coop, LLC our focus on flavor is achieved by preparing our fries from scratch. We wash, cut, and double fry every potato we process. We are also allergen conscious as we have family with food allergies. It is what drove us to create the variety in our menu. All fries are cooked in 100% Canola Oil and we do not coat our fries with flour or cook other items in our deep fryers.
