After months of vigorous research we developed a process to highlight the flavor potential of potatoes. Most mobile food and quick service restaurants purchase frozen fries for their operations because it is cheap and consistent. However, frozen fries lack the flavor of fresh cut fries. Almost all frozen fries have additives to prevent the fries from sticking to each other, help with color and preserve flavor. We focus on the pure flavor of our potatoes so we remove almost all of the starch and prepare our potatoes from scratch. This drastically lowers the sugar content of the potatoes and makes them much healthier. Without the starch, potatoes are full of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Weston Linder was born and raised in Central Oklahoma. He graduated with a bachelors degree in Business Administration in 2015 from the University of Central Oklahoma. Weston has operated restaurants in Edmond and Guthrie Oklahoma for almost a decade. He has always dreamed of owning and operating a food truck. In February of 2024 The Tater Coop LLC, was officially born. Since then The Tater Coop LLC, has traveled the state of Oklahoma serving up fresh cut french fries, flavorfully loaded with all sorts of mouth watering flavors.
The Tater Coop LLC believes in social responsibility. Because of this they use forks and bowls that are renewable and recyclable. The bowls are made of Kraft paper and the forks are made of birch wood.
